Birthday celebration for Elaine and Sally ;)

So it just happened yesterday where we had birthday celebration for both elaine and sally, my lovely coursemates. To be exact, their birthdays are not on the same day, but just between five-days range only, so we decided to celebrate it together.

Le me , T and E spent all day went to gaya street with this two girls after finished the morning lecture. The first station we went was a chicken rice shop. Ermm, not really nice although it is famous, as the char siew is not the one I expected :( Too bad. Next we went for coconut milkshake. Again, it was close when we were there as it is close for solat time. Bad timing. But we managed to try it after we went for another restaurant for their famous tomyam, Seng Hing. On the way, an uncle told us that Seng Hing learnt it from another restaurant named Ah Chee. We then changed our minds to tried the latter but too bad we couldn't find it and gave up to try Seng Hing. Next time, I must go for it. The tomyam is different from my hometown one. Their tomyam is not sour and spicy as Thai style and my hometown, but creamy and with santan. Not bad. But I still want to try Ah Chee next time :P

So, enough for food hunting, then we walked to Suria and rested at Starbucks. Without realizing how time flies, we actually chatted til late 7pm. Nearly forget that Elaine and Sally's housemates were waiting for us to return for a surprise party.

Their housemates are very nice, took time to decorate their house. Not a really high-cost-party, but then you can feel the warmth of their housemates. You can't buy them with money. Haiz, if only my housemates can practice this kind of celebrations....

Okay, that's all for yesterday stories. We had a nice time with the two lovely girls and happy birthday! :)

Family Day FSMP

It was on 18 September 2016, Sunday. This was the first time I joined as a facilitator. To be honest, I regretted to join at first as I have to attend the test run before the official event the whole day with no food supply there(Okay, it started from 9am til 5pm, I considered it as whole day :P). One of the most pathetic things in my faculty is that we do not have any other food stalls nearby except the one operated by the faculty. So, we got no food to eat as it was a public holiday on the test run day.

Okay, back to the story. The theme for the family day is Hunger Games. So, my group name is District 9 with a total of 12 members. But then, the exact number of members attended is only 9. One of them is international student from ...... Erm, I dont know where it is la, but then it is quite a native island. Each group has only a facilitator with them except three other groups. To be honest, it is quite a heavy task for me to look after so many juniors without the help of other facilitators. Besides, I am not the kind of facilitators who can give spirits, motivation kind of things so it is not an easy job for me la.

We had 8 station games that day with 2 games at each stations. The games were quite interesting. Most of the games I need to involved and played with the group members as most of the opponents we met have 10 members so no choice facilitators had to play with them as well. My group actually not doing very well as they only won 1 of the 8 station games. Erm maybe is my fault la not encourage my group to play hard. I kept telling my members dont take it seriously, just enjoyed the games will do, win or lose doesn't matter.Anyway, the family day is a one-day event, so i only managed to get back home after sending off the juniors back to their hostels.

Another hectic week to go. Cheers :)

Countdown :(

It's 31st Aug today, which means I am going back to Sabah soon. 2 days more. My flight is on 3rd Sept. Assignments, lab reports, event planning all come to my mind right now. How I hope I am not going back there. Haihhh. Fb reminds me that this same day last year was my first flight to sabah. Time flies and I can only barely recall back what I had really did for the one year pass.

Come back to the story for this week. Suppose to work for today and yesterday yet my boss suddenly told me that I don't have to work already which means I loss around rm140+ (not including double paid for public holiday). Too bad. So, it marks the end of my part-time promoter life.

Bought my mum and the little girl to garden nearby yesterday. A reward for her as she finish her dinner earlier without feeding by my mum. She enjoyed herself around the garden. Played the facilities over there until late evening. One last time for this year before I go back to uni.

Another thing to tell is that I don't really remember people's birthday date as it is too hard for me(unless we had know each other for years) otherwise, I used to rely on fb notifications or write it down. However, it is too hard for me not to remind yours. Yours one is too simple, man. Ah, anyway happy independence day and happy birthday :)

2 days more. No more procrastinating, time to pack luggage.

Day trip to Penang? Half day trip maybe

Stay at home since semester break begun, finally went to Penang island yesterday with my bestie. Honestly, I never really go to Penang for shopping or sight-seeing, the only venue I go to Penang is airport, sound pathetic right?

Ah, anyway yesterday the three of us, J and L went from SP to meet E at Penang. The first station was Penang hill, also known as Bukit Bendera. As I said before, I never really went there for sight-seeing purpose. Therefore, it was my first time being there.

It was a nice day yesterday, the weather is too perfect for us to go up to the hill. The only transport get to the hill is by cable car. On the cable car, we met with a family, tourists of course but I don't know where they from, with two children along. The little boy was too cute for me. The mother wanted to take the photo of the children and the husband, always requested her son to smile, yet the son is too shy I guess, covered his face with paper. So, the mother always said "smile, boy, SMILE". Le me watched beside him, feels that this little boy really really cute. I am sure he will become a handsome guy when he grow up LOLLL. Took photos at the penang hill, and walked around there, enjoyed the view there once we reached the top.  And I was like a sampat, took photos with all the landmarks there.

After that, we had our lunch at the famous air itam laksa. I was so glad that I was able to eat the laksa there before go back to Sabah. Where to find such laksa at Sabah? Asam laksa somemore? (sob)

Had dessert time at Brown Pocket. The waffle was really nice but kind of expensive for me la. Anyway, we had our fun time after met E at gurney there. Caught a lot of Pokemon over there. OMG! Seriously, I couldn't find the joy of hunting Pokemon at first as SP got a few Poke Stops only. Not really my kind of game. But then, after yesterday, I think that it is really an interesting game to play as Penang have so MANY Poke Stops and Pokemon to catch! The four of us went around gurney paragon there and catch Pokemon. You could found Poke Stop at the next turn or on the street. So syok!

The highlight for yesterday was the durian feast! Tbh, it wasn't really a feast as we all were full so we only opened two durians to fix our craving. Too bad, I forgot to ask what is the name of the durian. It taste really well. Again, luckily I had eat the durian before the end of durian season, otherwise, kindly wait for next year ya.

So, this is the end of our trip yesterday. We went home quite early la actually. I reached home around 6.30pm, quite rare as we thought we will go out for the whole day til night time.

Yea, and I was drag by my brother to watch Suicide Squad with him immediately once I reached home. It was a tired day yet meaningful for me. See you all next year ya. (if we didn't manage to meet again)

Haha, tomorrow is working day again and 8 days more before I leave for Sabah.

bucket list: short hair done :>

Officially announced that i had my long hair cut on the last tuesday (Hoorayyy) Recall back, I had my short hair once I entered secondary school, after that I had never cut my hair, kept it long and long until recently I decided to cut it.

Surprisingly, it is not too bad to have short hair although my face is 'pong' enough (cry). New experience anyway. One more thing I realized is I thought it would be hard for me to cut my hair short but then I did it. It was not too hard though. I could do anything if I decided to do so. So, keep holding on, everything would be fine in the end.

Ahh, tomorrow is working day again. Hold on, two more weeks left before go back to sabah.

Grow up

Grow up. It is what I desired when I was small, grow up to become an adult, doing anything I want without any doubts. Yet, when you grow up, everything goes another ways.

You have to come to reality when you grow up, that nothing is free in the world after your secondary school life. It all costs during your university stage. Trust me, it really means a lot of money when you compiled all the fees given. Therefore, treasure everything you are having before move on to the next level.

Next, you make a lot of friends, however, undeniable, most of them are hi-bye-friends. At university, you will found out. Thus, treasure your secondary school friends, not to say all, but mostly they really make friends with you. The seldom take you for granted, in fact, they value you, treasure you.

Back to today's story. Wake up early in the morning and went to banks to get my debit cards done. Well, both M bank and C bank took forever to done the process. Spent around 3 hours at these banks (10 am-12pm). Then, went to fetch lipjing and jinghan for the gathering later on at overstepped cafe.
We're late anyway. zy ct zq crystal all there already. So it's like one year since I last met ct (others met before this gathering dy la). We were having a nice time chit-chatting, updating our current conditions and bla bla bla.

Not to forget that the food there is much more better than P cafe, at least I love the one I ordered, Rempah chicken chop (something like that?). It really taste better and the portion is quite large for me. I couldn't finish one plate and left the wedges (side dish).

Next move on to next station, Joytea. It was a long long time ago since I last went there. Had some drinks there and then it was movie time (clapppp) Line walker, a hk movie. haha not bad la.

That's it, it comes to the end of today. https://goo.gl/photos/7VF5HBCGTgF3eLsW8

Oh, tomorrow is Friday again. So, bear in mind and start working.

Work hard because you get nothing free

Okay, you will realize that nothing comes free in your life, whatever you want, you need to earn it by yourself. Anyway, new experience as a sampling promoter is gained.
Hell, standing there for at least 8 hours is so damn tiring, not to say it was 3 days continuously. However, it wasn't too boring. This is because I enjoy the time humming the music that runs in my brain while seeing the customers passed by me. Hmmm, I can't express wisely the reasons I enjoyed. Whatever, just let it go.

I could still remember on the last day of work at c-mart there. I met a foreigner, from German I guess. He smiled at me after trying the drink, and said to me "It is nice, thank you. Can I know the nutritional value of the drink? ". Of course, I gave him the packing of the drinks, he received it and said " Sorry, I used to be in German language." Immediately, I realized that the products wasn't in English language but Malay. "Oh I see, I am sorry." "Nevermind, it's okay, have a nice day." We ended up the conversation just like that, with a smile of course.

I was whispering in my heart saying that "omg, he is so endao although a bit old already but nvm, he is still endao" However, he is a dad of two children already with his malay wife :''(

Heart broken.

However, there is another exciting news in this week too. My last semester results revealed (winks). Surprisingly, it was better than the first semester (3.3) only while the second semester I got 3.7. Hooray, improved a lot compared to the last sem and it is really unexpected as at first I thought the result of second sem will only be worst than the first sem. Haizzz, it proved that I wasn't well prepared for the first sem. Ya, be sure to work hard for the next sem yaaa

Anyway, I was informed by my supervisor that I need to move to another location, giant hypermarket for this coming weekend. Again, wish me luck and all the best :)
